Since the volunteer is not an active agent, he or she can terminate this voluntary contract at any time for whatever reason it deems necessary. The leave period calculated under the same formula may be granted in lieu of payment, but only in agreement with the worker. Workers earning above the current threshold are not subject to the provisions of paragraph 10 (overtime) of the Basic Employment Act. This voluntary agreement on [Agreement.CreatedDate] between the parties [Organization.Name] (organization) and [Volunteer.Name] (voluntary). The volunteer agreed to provide hours per week for the duration of this agreement. The basic conditions of employment contained in the law are part of the employment contract of workers covered by the law. Some, but not all, the basic conditions of employment can be changed by collective or individual agreements in accordance with the provisions of the law. The lunch break is scheduled after five hours of uninterrupted work. Tea breaks are not considered a work break. The legal lunch break is 1 hour, but can be reduced to 30 minutes after consultation with the employee and the employer.

Workers earning money above the threshold must negotiate with the employer the normal working time per day or week. The worker is not required to work more than 45 hours per week. The maximum hours allowed are 3 hours per day or 10 hours per week. Compensation must be 1.5 times the normal rate, with the exception of Sunday work and Sunday work, which must be paid by double the normal wage.
